Transportation

For the fastest and most direct transfer to the hotel, we recommend using a taxi or rideshare service. This option offers a comfortable, door-to-door experience and helps you get settled quickly after your flight.
Cost
A standard taxi ride to the hotel typically ranges from CZK 1,100–1,400 (approximately €45–€57 or 54–70 USD), depending on traffic and time of day. Uber, the official airport taxi service, is usually more economical, with typical fares between €5–€20, though prices may increase during periods of high demand due to surge pricing.
Time
The drive from the airport to the hotel usually takes about 13–20 minutes. Travel time can vary based on traffic conditions, time of day and weather. This is generally the quickest direct option compared to public transportation.
Booking
Taxis are readily available at the official taxi ranks located just outside Terminals 1 and 2. You can simply follow the signage in the arrivals area to the taxi stands and join the queue.
For Uber, you can book a ride directly through the mobile app or by using a self-service kiosk inside the terminal. Once your ride is confirmed, the app or kiosk will guide you to the designated pickup point, helping you start your journey to the hotel with minimal delay.

The most cost-effective way to reach the hotel requires just one ticket and typically costs about CZK 55–80 in total.

Step 1: Airport to Nádraží Veleslavín

From Václav Havel Airport (Terminal 1), take bus line 59 from the “Václav Havel Airport T1” stop directly to “Nádraží Veleslavín” station. The trip usually takes 17–27 minutes, depending on traffic. This bus connects you directly into the city’s integrated public transport network.

Step 2: Nádraží Veleslavín to Dejvická and the hotel

From Nádraží Veleslavín, you are already close to the hotel area. You can choose to walk or take a short tram ride:

  • Walking: It is a straightforward walk through a well-marked area, with clear signs guiding you toward Dejvická.

  • Tram: For an easier and faster option, take tram 26 for a few stops to “Dejvická.” From the Dejvická stop, it is about a 2-minute walk to the hotel entrance.

Tickets

A standard 90-minute public transport ticket is usually enough for this entire journey. This single ticket is valid across buses, trams, and the metro, so you can transfer without buying additional tickets as long as you stay within the 90-minute window.

You can purchase tickets:

  • At public transport counters in the arrivals hall

  • From the yellow ticket vending machines at the bus stops outside the terminal

  • At many newsstands and selected shops within the airport

Validate your ticket as soon as you board the bus or tram. Once validated, you can travel with confidence, knowing you are using the city’s most efficient and cost-effective option to reach your hotel.

Route
The airport express bus provides a direct connection from the airport to Prague’s main train station (Hlavní nádraží). From there, you can transfer to Tram Line 2 and ride to the Dejvická stop. The hotel is just a short, straightforward walk from this stop, making the overall route simple and easy to follow even on your first visit.

Cost
A one-way ticket for the airport express bus is approximately CZK 100 (around €4.15 or 5.00 USD). This offers a cost-effective option compared to taxis or ride-share services, while still providing a comfortable and reliable transfer into the city.

Time
The bus journey from the airport to the main station takes about 45 minutes under normal traffic conditions. You should then allow a few additional minutes for the tram ride to Dejvická and the short walk to the hotel. In most cases, the full trip from the airport to the hotel can be comfortably planned for under one hour.
